I ("Receiving Party") agree to hold and maintain any private and personal information shared by other participants ("Disclosing Party") in this 8 Week Mindset Mastery Program offered by BJK Institutions ("Confidential Information") in strictest confidence as such information is being shared for each participant's personal benefit as well as for all participants to grow and learn from such shares, and create a safe environment allowing all to share freely what may be holding them back from fully living their desired lives. Receiving Party shall not, without prior written approval of Disclosing Party, use for Receiving Party's own benefit, publish, copy, or otherwise disclose to others, or permit the use by others for their benefit or to the detriment of Disclosing Party, any such Confidential Information. The nondisclosure provisions of this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement and Receiving Party's duty to hold Confidential Information in confidence shall remain in effect until Disclosing Party sends Receiving Party written notice releasing Receiving Party from this Agreement, if ever.
