 Many misunderstand the importance of leadership, or even worse perhaps by taking the stance “I am not a leader.”  First, recognize we are all leaders:  whatever roles we play in life, our behavior influences others.  As a parent, default leadership wreaks havoc in children’s lives causing lifetime issues including breakdowns in families.  In work environments, we always are leading no matter our titles.  How?  By example!  People follow others be mimicking the example they set.  We all are leading, so understanding that whatever we do is having influence over others, why not choose to be our best? Provide direction and vision, motivate others to be their best by example, create an environment that breeds success…YES YOU CAN!
